How do I get started with Occupational, Physical or Speech Therapy?

• Please contact our office either through the contact us link or call (214) 646-1449 in order to schedule an initial phone consultation with our Intake Coordinator. During the initial phone consultation we will discuss your child’s diagnosis, the reason you were referred for OT, PT or ST services, scheduling availability, and your therapy goals.
• After we complete an insurance verification we will call or email you to discuss the details of your coverage, and possible out-of-pocket costs.
• If you decide you want to proceed with therapy we will provide an electronic intake packet for you to complete, and schedule an initial evaluation.
• After completion of the initial evaluation the therapist will develop a plan of care to address the deficits that were identified during the evaluation, and a therapy schedule will be established. Treatment times vary depending on the child’s condition, but are normally 1 hour to 30 mins in length for Ocupational & Physical Therapy and 30 minutes for Speech Therapy.
